Degree Program: Master in Corporate Communication

The Master in Corporate Communication provides students with a specialization in the areas of corporate communication and public relations. The program, which is held in German language only, prepares students for a career as communication manager in private or public companies, organizations and institutions and covers all aspects regarding the communication within an organization as well as an organization’s communication with its external environment.

Apart from providing students with a sound theoretical and methodological basis, the program emphasizes the training of practical skills needed to fill a position within corporate communication at a strategic and/or operational level. Part of our faculty is composed of industry specialists whose application-based teaching style prepares students to handle real-life communication challenges. We also frequently invite practitioners for guest lectures and workshops to give students close insights into current practice.

Courses in public relations are also part of the Bachelor’s degree program in Communication Science which is offered by the Department of Communication.
